To make mustard roast potatoes:
1¼kg new potato, halved
3 thyme sprigs
3 tbsp extra-virgin vegetable oil
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
Preheat the kitchen appliance to 230C/210C fan/ gas eight. organize the potatoes on an oversized baking receptacle. Add the thyme, drizzle with a pair of tbsp of the vegetable oil, season and toss to coat. Cook within the kitchen appliance for fifty minutes or till crisp.
To finish the potatoes, toss with the mustard, drizzle with the remaining vegetable oil, season and serve.
